Sorors, Philos, Rhoers, and Friends, The Central Region wants to see you in Wichita, KS for our 68th Central Region Conference. The registration deadline has been extended as a courtesy to those still wanting to join Gamma Chi Sigma Chapter for a memorable time in the home of our own Soror Hattie McDaniel. Registration Deadline: Friday, February 29, 2008 Late Registration Deadline: Friday, March 7, 2008 In addition to the registration deadline extension, the reservation deadline for the hotel has also been extended to Wednesday, February 20, 2008. Converse will continue the summer internship program for 2008. The company will select 4 candidates from a pool of 8-10 applicants (2 candidates per greek organization). Last year the interns had various projects that they worked on which were presented to the senior level managers. The goal was to provide the interns with an understanding of how they work together to market a successful product. Some of the ideas were taken into consideration and implemented in 2008 and some of
the efforts were incorporated in the launch of the UNIFY program and the products now available.
Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. is looking to for 2 outstanding Sigma Undergraduates who are majoring in business. Library named in honor of Dr. LaRona J. Morris |

We are honored to announce that the East St. Louis Public Schools System is dedicating a library in honor of the late Dr. LaRona J. Morris.
The dedication will be held on Friday, October 12th, 6:00 p.m. (Central Time), at Mason-Clark Middle School, 5510 State Street, East St. Louis, IL. |
