Converse will continue the summer internship program for 2008.  The company will select 4 candidates from a pool of 8-10 applicants (2 candidates per greek organization).  Last year the interns had various projects that they worked on which were presented to the senior level managers.  The goal was to provide the interns with an understanding of how they work together to market a successful product.  Some of the ideas were taken into consideration and implemented in 2008 and some of
the efforts were incorporated in the launch of the UNIFY program and the products now available.
